Our services

Relay Systems provides business communication and workflow automation for home service contractors, including automatic missed-call text-back, lead follow-up, review requests, past customer reactivation, appointment reminders, phone system configuration, carrier registration assistance, and related setup and support.

Service fees and billing

Services are provided on a month-to-month subscription basis. Fees are agreed in writing before service begins and are billed monthly in advance. There is no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded on cancellation unless stated otherwise in writing.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, for the content of messages sent from your business phone number, and for complying with all applicable laws and carrier regulations governing business text messaging, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and CTIA guidelines. You agree not to use our services to send unsolicited marketing messages, or any content that is unlawful, deceptive, or abusive.

Text messaging

Messages sent through our services are subject to the terms described in our SMS messaging program. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Third-party services

Our services rely on third-party platforms and telecommunications carriers. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or failures caused by those third parties, and service availability depends in part on their systems.

Carrier registration

Business text messaging in the United States requires registration with mobile carriers. We assist with this registration, but approval is granted by the carriers and their verification partners, not by us. We cannot guarantee approval or a specific approval timeline.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relay Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or lost revenue, arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any particular business outcome, number of leads, or revenue increase from use of our services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate service if these terms are violated, if fees go unpaid, or if continued service would put us in violation of carrier or legal requirements.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
